We started this business for a few reasons. We believe every customer deserves honesty, respect, and quality service at a reasonable price. It’s more than just a business. Of course we all need to make a living, but more importantly it’s about the relationships we build with our customers. Too often businesses lose sight of the morals they started with. There may be quality, but no customer service; there may be professionalism, but no friendliness. You get the idea.
We had settled in to the life of working for someone else while talking about everything we would do or change if we could. Mahatma Gandhi said ‘be the change you want to see in the world’. It’s a very simple statement with a very bold meaning. If not now, when? It was time to turn our words in to actions.
Our combined experience with technology and business has given us insight and vision. We have the knowledge, experience, and drive to succeed; and the morals and values to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
